Cancellation During the Free Trial
Cancel before the seven-day free trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. Access may continue until the separately disclosed trial-end time after cancellation.
Cancellation After Initial Payment or Renewal
Members may cancel the next payment at any time through My Page or customer support. Cancellation generally takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Eligibility for withdrawal or refund is determined and explained individually based on whether service use began, usage history, and applicable law.
Commencement of Digital-Service Use
Digital-service use may be considered to have begun once wallet selection, access to paid-only data or Terminal, AI credit use, or alert delivery begins. Consumer rights are not restricted if statutory requirements, including trial-use provision and notice of withdrawal restrictions, have not been satisfied.
Partial Use and Refund Calculation
Refunds after partial use are calculated under applicable law, actual usage, and the criteria finalized and disclosed by the Company before paid services launch. No unconfirmed arbitrary deduction rate or penalty is applied.
Company Fault, Duplicate Charges, and Payment Errors
If a paid service was unavailable for reasons attributable to the Company, or if a duplicate charge or authorization error is confirmed, we will review usage and payment results and cancel or refund the charge in accordance with applicable law.
Plan Changes
The effective time, price difference, and refund method for plan changes will be shown before payment after a payment provider is confirmed. We will not charge for a higher-tier plan without the member's consent.
Refund Requests and Processing Time
Members may request a refund through the shared-footer customer-support channel by providing their account email, payment date, order number, and reason. The Company will notify the member of the result. The time for an approved cancellation to appear on a card statement may vary according to payment-gateway and card-issuer schedules.
Consumer Rights Prevail
This Policy does not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights to withdrawal, contract cancellation, or reimbursement under applicable law, including Korea's Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce.
