12. Termination and deletion

On deletion, related data is deleted or de-identified except for information required by law, security, or dispute handling.
13. Data and performance limitations
Public data can be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, or wrong, and calculations vary by sample and window. Selection, ranking, win rate, PNL, and past performance do not guarantee future results or identify the wallet operator's skill.
14. Responsibility
The operator uses reasonable efforts to provide a secure and consistent service but does not insure against external-source failures, unforeseeable network or market events, or losses from a user's independent investment decisions. Liability for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, privacy violations, or mandatory-law duties is not excluded.
15. Changes
Changes to law, features, data processing, or operations are posted with an effective date and summary. Material adverse changes receive reasonable advance notice and separate consent where required by law.
16. Governing law and disputes
The laws of the Republic of Korea apply. Unresolved disputes are handled by a court with jurisdiction under applicable Korean procedure, without excluding mandatory consumer rights.
