Article 1. Purpose and Operator
These Terms set out the conditions of use and the rights and obligations of Innovision Games Inc. (the “Company”) and members concerning the public-data wallet-intelligence service provided under the GODAERI brand.
Article 2. Nature of the Service
The Service provides public-data analysis, wallet screening under internal criteria, estimated metrics, observation of position changes, personalized dashboards, PRO and ULTRA Terminal access, credit-based GODAERI AI, and a community. All outputs, including GODAERI AI, are informational observation aids. The Service does not provide investment advice, order execution, brokerage, automated trading, copy-trading, asset custody, or performance guarantees.
Article 3. Accounts
Members must use an accurate email address and securely manage their account and password. If abnormal account use or a security breach is suspected, members must notify the Company and change their password.
Article 4. Paid Services and Contract Formation
Plan prices, service periods, wallet selection and reselection scope, Terminal access, AI credits, free trials, recurring billing dates, and refund conditions are disclosed before payment and in the Payment and Refund Policy. PLUS excludes Terminal and GODAERI AI; the product difference between PRO and ULTRA is the AI credit quantity per paid 30-day period. A payment contract is formed once both payment-gateway approval and the Company's grant of access are confirmed.
Article 5. Free Trials and Recurring Billing
A seven-day free trial requiring card registration may be offered once per account. Cancel before the trial ends to avoid the first recurring charge. After the trial, the previously agreed monthly fee is charged each month until cancellation.
Article 6. Cancellation, Withdrawal, and Refunds
Members may request subscription cancellation through subscription management in My Page or through customer support. Withdrawal and refunds are governed by applicable law and the Payment and Refund Policy. These Terms do not limit any rights granted to consumers by law.
Article 7. Data and Responsibility
Information is based on observations from public APIs and Company systems and may contain delays, omissions, or errors. Members use the information with an understanding of these limitations and at their own discretion and responsibility. The Company's liability is determined to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Article 8. Prohibited Conduct
Members must not engage in account theft, system disruption, abusive automation, dissemination of false information, disclosure of another person's personal data, solicitation for unlawful investment-advisory services, distribution of phishing or fraudulent links, or other conduct that violates law or the Community Guidelines.
Article 9. Service Changes and Suspension
The Company may change or temporarily suspend part of the Service when operationally or technically necessary. Changes that materially affect member rights will be announced within a reasonable period in advance. If a paid service cannot be provided for reasons attributable to the Company, it will be handled under applicable law and the refund policy.
Article 10. Amendments and Governing Law
When these Terms are amended, the effective date and reasons for the change will be posted in the Service. The laws of the Republic of Korea govern these Terms, and disputes are subject to the procedures and jurisdiction provided by applicable law.
